Angkor launches Tuborg premium beer

On 2 September 2016, Angkor Beer Company in Cambodia held a special event to launch the Danish Tuborg premium lager. For the first time ever, Cambodians were introduced to Denmark’s best selling beer. Since 1880, Tuborg has been a popular premium European beer. Now it has a unique POP can – the first in Cambodia. The Cambodian beermaker said it was proud to add a new milestone to its growing portfolio of high quality beer.

Tuborg was launched with an explosive Open For Fun two-day concert at Koh Pich Centre in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It featured performances by Asia’s top Korean superstar group, M Feet and Hady, Thai singers Kratae and Baitoey, and Cambodia’s favourite performers, AokSokunkanha, SokunNisa, Chhorn Sovannareach, Nob Bayareth, Pich Sophea and G-Davith. More than 3,000 Tuborg POP cans were given away to the partygoers.
